These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PodIQ. By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use PodIQ.
The service
PodIQ is a podcast directory that provides metadata and estimated audience figures for podcasts. Estimates are modelled from public signals and partner data and are provided for informational purposes only — we do not warrant that they are exact or error-free.
Your account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in uses email magic links. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data except through our official API and within its limits.
- Resell or redistribute PodIQ data in a way that competes with the service.
- Use contact information for unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Circumvent usage limits, paywalls, or authentication.
Plans & billing
PodIQ offers free and paid plans. Paid plans and their limits are described on our Pricing page. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Intellectual property
The PodIQ name, site, software, and the compilation and presentation of data are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Podcast names, artwork, and content belong to their respective owners.
Accuracy disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Audience numbers are estimates and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for commercial decisions. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PodIQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using PodIQ at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to PodIQ or others.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PodIQ after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
